Joanna Ripple

Joanna Ripple is the founder of Assisted Living Navigators, LLC, serving families throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond. A Licensed Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience in Hospice and Home Health, Joanna brings both personal insight and years of professional expertise to her work helping seniors and families navigate the often overwhelming process of finding the right next level of care.

Throughout her career, Joanna has worked closely with individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as the families and caregivers supporting them. She saw firsthand how difficult it can be to understand care options, access the right resources, and make confident decisions during times of transition. After helping members of her own family navigate senior care decisions, Joanna was inspired to turn that experience and passion into a service dedicated to guiding other families through the journey.

For Joanna, this work is not just about placement. She believes her role extends far beyond helping families find a senior living community. Her mission is to walk alongside families every step of the way, offering education, advocacy, resources, and compassionate support throughout the entire transition. From identifying communities that match a loved one’s care needs, lifestyle preferences, location, and budget to assisting with tours, downsizing, moving, Veterans benefits, home sales, and other details, Joanna helps families feel less alone and more prepared.

Her hands-on approach gives families peace of mind as they navigate one of life’s most emotional and important decisions.
